This charming and unique villa has an ideal location and is easily accesible. It is equipped with five bedrooms and is suitable for 10 people. There is a large garden with a lawn and a large private swimming pool.
The living room has new confortable sofa this year. The kitchen has ample luxury facilities, just about everything you could wish for. These include a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, large freezer/fridge and a coffee machine.
Outside the house there is a lovely large veranda with a large wooden table, suitable for at least 10 people. In the front garden there is a large garden with lawn, a lovely swimming pool surrounded with fruit trees. Next to the garden and pool area is a great barbecue area. This area has a built in barbecue and a large table situated in the shade.
The house has 5 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both the living room as well as the dining room are equipped with their own fireplace. There is also a scullery with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
From the house you look out on the surroundings of the area and the large garden and forest. This house offers ample privacy due to the number of trees which surround the property (borders on a forest area) and the large garden.
Besides your own private swimming pool, you can drive to the beach of Tamariu easily. The beaches of Aiguablava and Sa Riera are also both nearby. The village of Begur is just 2,5 km. away. You can walk to the local supermarket in just 5 minutes.
